Inclusive: our suggested governance structure is non-hierarchical, and therefore with a rotating chair for each meeting or each annual quarter, and therefore without a president or vice president. We recommend using Talking Circles as a meeting mode which allows each viewpoint to be heard (equal voice and influence), and which also dissuades self-interest. Here is a guide to Talking Circles:
Democratic: we recommend using consensus as a decision-making process. If a decision cannot be reached within three turns of the circle, then go to a majority vote.
